Thank you for shopping at Vaporhats™! We are dedicated to delivering your premium headwear quickly and safely. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

  • United States Delivery: 5 to 7 business days.

  • International Delivery: 7 to 21 business days (depending on your country and customs clearance).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours. You can track your package directly on our website or via the link provided in the email.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Vaporhats™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Vaporhats™ is not responsible for shipments that are misdelivered or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship the item.
